Funeral services for Mr. Joe Douglas Daniels, age 67, of Livingston will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 13, 2016 from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home with Brother Jerry Buck officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Saturday evening from 6 until 8 p.m.
Mr. Daniels passed from this life at the Standing Stone Care & Rehab facility on Friday, November 11, 2016. He was born March 29, 1949 in Overton County to the late Harlan Daniels and Claudine Holman Daniels. He was a painter and attended the Assembly of God in Livingston, TN. He loved fishing and hunting, and especially Ginseng.
He is survived by 1 bother; Chat Daniels, 3 Sisters; Janice Goodpasture and husband Charles from Rockwood, TN. Sadie Neal from Livingston, TN; and Geraldine Bowers from Monroe, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 3 brothers; Mitchell Daniels, John Daniels, Billy Daniels. Sisters; Joyce Stark and Margaret Daniels.
