Coy Eldridge
June 11, 1929 - September 19, 2017

Funeral services for Mr. Coy Eldridge, age 88, of Livingston will be conducted 2 p.m., Thursday, September 21, 2017 from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. The family will welcome friends on Thursday from 11 a.m. until time of the services.

Mr. Eldridge passed from this life on Tuesday morning, September 19, 2017 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born in Overton County on June 11, 1929 to the late Carver and Lona Bell Bilbrey Eldridge. He was a truck driver. He loved his family very much, and he loved spending time with them, especially his grandchildren. He also liked bluegrass music and watching Western movies.

He is survived by his daughters, Yvonne Jackson & husband Frank of Bagdad, KY and Kim Moorhead of Ashland City, TN; brother, Bud Eldridge of Livingston, TN; 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by wife, Florence Eldridge; brother, Bill Eldridge; and sisters, Beulah Brinson, Agnes Poston, Betty Downey, and Jean Forton.

Pallbearers to serve are Frank Jackson, Hunter Moorhead, Jason Courtney, Dr. Larry Mason, Richard Winton, and Bruce Hammock.
