Maureen 'Moe' A. Kinyon
The Celebration of Life for Maureen 'Moe' Kinyon 56, of Rochester will be at 11:00am-2:30 Saturday Feb. 3rd at Eagles Club 917 15th Ave SE, Rochester. Moe was a longtime resident at Hiawatha Homes. On January 31st passed away peacefully surrounded by people who loved her with great care at her home. Maureen Ann Kinyon was born January 24th 1962 in Rochester, MN to Darlene (Kinyon) Unger.
She taught us about kindness and patience. Moe gave us the gift of unconditional love; is loving even when it hurts even when it is not easy. It's loving because you simply can't help but love. And that is the greatest triumph of any life. To love and to be loved. Moe taught us how to love without words, without limits without reason. Moe gave us the gift of perspective. She reminded us that most of our problems are not really problems, and to be grateful for what we have. We must savor the sweet beautiful moments we have every day, because ultimately life is fragile and someday all too soon we must say goodbye.
The Unger family would like to thank everyone who cared for Moe at Hiawatha Homes for their loving care. A special thank you to Gwen Stewart for 39 years loving Moe and caring for her.
She is survived by her sister; Linda (Dan) Siem of Rochester, sister; Christina (James) St Germaine of Duluth Minn., Brother; Todd (Salem) Unger Rochester; and nieces and nephews. Erika Wocken Kennedy; Brandon St Germaine; Steven Unger; Alex Nelson; Sophia Unger. She was preceded in death by her Mother Darlene Unger; Brother Maurice A. Unger.
A time of private reflection service for the family will be held Friday February 2nd. Visitation for family and friends and Celebration of Life will be held at the Eagles Club 917 15th Ave SE, Rochester, Minn.
Ranfranz & Vine Funeral Homes assisted the family with cremation. Please share a memory of Moe and sign her online guestbook.

"I am so glad to have met Moe. My first real memory was being present with her at a funeral for her friend a couple of years ago and then, yesterday, in her final moments. She was just beautiful ans genuine in so many ways. I fell doubly blessed to have met three of her siblings in the last couple of days. I wish you all the best."
