"Have fond memories of Tim at summer family gatherings in Minnesota and Iowa when young. Tim was my older cousin that I admired and looked forward to seeing. Recall Tim being a good swimmer, golfer and talented ball player. Seemed to have lost touch in later years when we moved to California, but will always remember his good nature, humor, mischief and friendship. "Tim was a good buddy of mine when we were early teenage kids in Fort Dodge. We always had a lot of laughs as we tried to teach ourselves the unlearnable game of golf, smoked our first cigarettes, perhaps drank an adult beverage or two, and plotted our way to get dates with girls. Although we drifted apart as we aged, I was lucky to have experienced his friendship and I will always remember him fondly. I wish his family all the best. Kurt Fawkes "
