Erin Joan O'Brien was born February 18, 1985 in Bedford, Ohio to Patrick and Julie O'Brien (McCullough). From the start she was fun loving, and always could get you laughing with her sense of humor. Her personality lit up the room, and she could make light of even the most difficult situation.
Growing up, she played hockey and was the best goalie around.
After high school, she worked at Dairy Queen and Culver's. But she especially loved to care for special needs children at Home Community Options, where her compassionate heart truly shined into the lives of the kids.
Erin passed unexpectedly but peacefully in her home on February 5, 2018. She will be dearly missed by her parents Patrick and Julie O'Brien (McCullough); sister Kelly O'Brien Pahman (Dylan Pahman), and nephews Brendan and Aidan; sister Ashley Schroeder (Brian Schroeder), and nephews Charlie, Hunter, and Liam; brother Sean O'Brien; sister Shannon O'Brien; and many other friends, aunts, uncles, and other family members.
The visitation and memorial service will be held from 10am-12pm, Friday, February 9, 2018 at Hoff Funeral Home:

Winona, Minnesota
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for contributions to be made to Home and Community Options in Winona, Minnesota.
