Ricky Joe Lewis
January 29, 1954 - January 25, 2018

Ricky Joe Lewis passed away at his home in Loveland Colorado on January 25th 2018. Rick was the owner of RJL Survey in Ft. Collins Colorado. Rick was born in North Carolina, Jan. 29th, 1954. He loved to fish and was also an accomplished musician. He played guitar and was an excellent vocalist in several local bands in the Northern Colorado music scene. He was lead guitar and lead vocalist in the late 80's early 90's RSVP band. Rick also played in the Wasted Days and Wasted Knights band affiliated with the Road Knights Car Club. In the late 90's he joined the band Persuasion , a Santana tribute band. Rick enjoyed having a beer with his friends from at Matt's Place in Fort Collins.
He was preceded in death by his father Fred Lewis. He is survived by his daughter Emily Lewis, mother Betty Lewis, brothers Fred, Tony, Don, and his sister Becky.
He will be missed by all who knew him. RIP Ricky, we all love you.
