Mary T. "Puddy" O'Connell, 78, of Dubuque, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2018. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Resurrection Catholic Church. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, February 14 at the Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 John F. Kennedy Road. Complete arrangements are pending. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Opening Doors, a Dubuque organization which offers opportunities and support services to women and children.
