Russ & Kay Hale wrote on Feb 23, 2018:

"What a wonderful guy he was. When we lived in Mingo he and my Dad worked together to keep the town clean and cared for. When Russ was on the council he and Tommy (always Tommy never Tom) worked on the water bill together. I'm sure the town is already missing him."

Ira United Church, Ira, Iowa wrote on Feb 19, 2018:

"Our prayers and sympathies are extended to the family and friends of Tom Davenport."
