Leora Joan "Randy" Lundin
December 31, 1931 - February 19, 2018

Leora Joan "Randy" Lundin, 86 of South Sioux City, Nebraska, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018 at local hospital.

Memorial services will be held 11:00am on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Mohr Funeral Home in South Sioux City, 1431 West 29th Street.

Leora J. "Randy" Lundin was born December 6, 1931 in Sioux City, IA, the daughter of Guy and Ruby (Clark) Macklem. Randy attended and graduated from South Sioux City High School. She married Darwin Lundin in 1949; together they made their home in Omaha, NE, later moving to Las Vegas, NV, where they spent many years. Darwin died in the late 80's. Randy returned to her childhood home in South Sioux City to take care of her parents. Over the years, Randy worked as a waitress and after returning to South Sioux City, she worked as a lunch lady at the local school.

Randy enjoyed gardening and her dogs, Dooley and Zoe.

She is survived by four grandchildren, Shannon Smith of Oregon, Michael Smith of Alaska, Keri Ramirez of Maryland, Stacey Mosley of Oregon; 11 great-grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren; two sisters, Alice Knudson of Illinois, and Edna Diller of Wisconsin; and many nieces, nephews, and great friends.

Leora was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Darwin; daughter, Kristy Thomas; one brother, Adrian Mellen; and three sisters, Madeline Burton, Faye Zastrow, and Bernetta Bicknell.
