Sherry Ann Iseminger

Sherry Ann Iseminger, 66, of Hudson, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018, at Covenant Medical Center, in Waterloo. She was born May 5, 1951, in West Union, the daughter of Clifton and Inez Clark Luchsinger Miller. She married Joel Iseminger on Jan. 15, 1977, at First Baptist Church in Elgin.   Sherry graduated from Valley of Elgin in 1969 and received her associates degree from Hawkeye Community College. She did child care out of her home for many years. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She belonged to the American Legion Auxiliary in Hudson. Sherry is survived by her husband; two daughters, Janelle (Jeremiah) Sander of Champaign, Ill., and Joy (Ryan) Folken of Bellevue, Neb.; a son, Luke (Danielle) Iseminger of Hudson; six grandchildren, Sydney, Isaiah, Micah and Chloe Folken and Jordan and Judah Sander; a brother, Kim (Shannon) Miller of Bull Head City, Ariz.; and two sisters, Kay (David) Boleyn of Elgin and Nancy (Wayne) Sexton of Cedar Rapids. Sherry was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Gary Miller; and a sister, Traecey Methum.
