Joanne Schlosser wrote on Mar 1, 2018:

"I was deeply sadden to hear of Todd's passing. I wish to express my deepest sympathy to your family. Todd was a wonderful and kind person. I never met him personally, but we worked together by phone and computer. I found him to be very smart, patient in teaching me things I didn't understand, but the thing I will miss the most was his good sense of humor. Our daily WebEx meetings will not be the same without hearing his voice. There can be nothing harder than losing one's child, no matter their age, as we always expect to out live them. I want you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers, and I hope that it will lift the heaviness your hearts are feeling at this difficult time to know that so many of his coworkers thought so highly of him. He will be greatly missed. Joanne "
