A memorial service for Krista Lynn Hesebeck, 38, of Lakota, will be held Tuesday, March 13th, at 2:00 PM at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Buffalo Center. Her family will greet friends from noon Tuesday until time of service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Krista L. Hesebeck Memorial Fund. An account for the family has been established at Farmers Trust Savings Bank in Buffalo Center and Lakota, and also at Rolling Hills Bank and Trust in Atlantic.
Krista Lynn Hesebeck was born April 22, 1979, in Atlantic, daughter of Lennis and Lorna (Weston) Hesebeck. She grew up and attended school in Atlantic. Krista moved to northern Iowa in 2011 and worked at various jobs throughout the years.
Krista was a social butterfly, she loved being with her family and friends especially her three children. She enjoyed camping, riding motorcycles, bonfires, going to concerts, raising animals, and traveling. Krista L. Hesebeck died Saturday, March 3, 2018, at the age of 38.
She is survived by her three children, Tevin Hesebeck, McKenna Knight, and Tori Knight all of Lakota; her mother, Lorna Hesebeck of Anita; two sisters, Misty Wolff of Estherville and Kelsie (Oscar) Nelsen of Anita; the father of her children, John Knight of Council Bluffs; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father.
