James "Jimmy" Fletcher
February 8, 1945 - March 7, 2018

Funeral services for Mr. James "Jimmy" Albert Fletcher, age 73, of Livingston will be conducted 2 p.m., Friday, March 9, 2018 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Bro. A.J. Looper will officiate. Burial will be in the Green Hill Cemetery in Alpine. The family will welcome friends on Thursday evening from 5 until 9 p.m.

Jimmy passed from this life on Wednesday morning, March 7, 2018 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Overton County on February 8, 1945 to the late Dwey & Glea Holman Fletcher. Jimmy was a factory worker at a local funiture factory for many years. He loved to fish every chance he had. In his younger years, he enjoyed raising bottle calves and horses. Jimmy was a guy who enjoyed playing tricks on his family and close friends, and he loved a good joke.

Jimmy is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Mrs. Nadine Gray Fletcher of Livingston, TN; sons, Bruce Fletcher & wife Amy of Livingston, TN & Jason Fletcher of Livingston, TN; grandchildren, Micah & Bryson Fletcher & Ciara Fletcher; sisters, Margaret Johnson of Allons, TN & Imogene Hughes & husband Willie of Allons, TN.

In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by his brothers, Cleston, William, Doak, Donnie & infant brother Edward Fletcher; & sisters, Betty Staggs, Christene Boles, Charlene Johnson, Lorene Martin & Avadean Overby.

Pallbearers to serve are Bill Fletcher, Steve Bowman, Rick Savage, Nathan Carr, Jack Glasscock, David Clark & Donnie Jo Staggs.
