Charles Ray Jordan, Sr., 82, of Laurel, passed away on March 5, 2018.
Funeral services will be held at Memory Chapel on Thursday, March 8, 2018. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. and the service will follow at 3:30 p.m. Interment will be at Lott Cemetery. Rev. Wayne Williams will officiate.
Mr. Jordan was retired from Memory Chapel where he was employed as a mortician. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, J. T. and Eva Smith Jordan; wife, June Jordan; daughter, Norma Jean Jordan; son, Charles Ray Jordan, Jr.
Survivors include his son, Lester Roberts and three daughters, Charlene Jones (Jerry Wade), Glenda Jones, and Loretta Williams (Roger) all of Laurel; grandchildren, Rick Jones, Amber Locklear, Josh Jones, Michael Landrum, Matt Jones, and Heather Williams; and three sisters, Betty Sanderson of Ellisville, Shirley Sims of Mobile, AL and Robbie Frazier of Ellisville.
Pallbearers will be Rick Jones, Jerry Wade, Roger Williams, Johnny Locklear, Ricky Emmit, and Kane Jones.
