"Deputy Edwards was a great policeman!! When I was a kid he caught us down at the lake having a bit of dangerous fun jumping off the old bridge and he gave us all a good talking to and well needless to say us boys minded him. I always had a lot of respect for Mr. Edwards, when I graduated from the USAF Police Academy I made sure he got to see me in my uniform and he told me how sharp I looked and gave me the best advice every- "When you wear a badge always be good to folks and listen to what they have to say before you pass judgment."
