Corrine C. Fischer
August 1, 1931 - March 7, 2018

Madison / Sauk City - Corrine C. Fischer, age 86, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Maplewood Nursing Home in Sauk City. She was born on August 1, 1931 to Benno and Natlia (Ganser) Haas in Madison. Corrine was united in marriage to the love of her life, Kenneth G. Fischer, on October 29, 1949 at Luther Memorial Church. She enjoyed dancing, camping, spending time with her family, and watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Corrine was a member of Luther Memorial Church.

Corrine is survived by her daughter, Sharon (Dan) Crosby of Sauk City, and their children, Denise (Jason) Crosby-Ruskosky and Kevin (Camilla) Crosby; son, Eugene (Sheila) Fischer of Waunakee, and their children, Ashley (Brandon) Adler and Preston (Kelly) Fischer; son, Glen (Terri) Fischer of Madison/Sauk City, and their children, Heather (Jared) Zimmerman and Grant (Makenzee) Fischer; a daughter-in-law, Elaine Fischer of Madison; her great-grandchildren, Ella, Margaret and Daniel Crosby, Tanner, Caydence and Boston Zimmerman, Avalon, Boston and Aris Adler, Gatlin and Lincoln Fischer; and her sister, Joanne Zweifel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken; and son, Duane Fischer.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 12, 2018 at LUTHER MEMORIAL CHURCH, 1021 University Avenue, Madison, with Pastor Brad Pohlman presiding. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at church. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.

My spirit will live on through my children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We will miss you, Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma and Great-Nana. You will be in our hearts forever.
