Jennifer Rosemarie Neita
April 24, 1959 - March 8, 2018

Jennifer Neita, 58 , of Miramar, passed away on March 8, 2018.

Jennifer was born in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica to Kenman and Shirley Davis on April 24, 1959. She graduated from Hampton High School in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica and Barry University, Miami, Florida. She worked as a Transcript Evaluator for Broward College for 32 years and retired as the Supervisor for the department.

Jennifer is preceded in death by grandmother, Mavis Bartley and uncle, Donovan Virgo.

Jennifer is survived by son Christopher Williams, Jr , daughter Taylor Neita, mother Shirley Davis-Lewis, father Kenman Davis, siblings Marcia Allen, Judith Whittingham, Althea Bromfield (Claude), Charlene Cross (Archibald), Carol Mullings, Richard Davis (Althea), Peter Davis (Angella), Maehgan Davis-Ricketts (Brian), former spouses and good friends Christopher Neita and Christopher Williams, Sr., as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and grandnieces, nephews and grandnephews and treasured friends.

Visitation will be 5pm to 9pm on Thursday, March 15th at Fred Hunter Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood.

Funeral services will be held 10am on Friday, March 16, 2018 at Cooper City Seventh-day Adventist Church, 9260 Stirling Road, Cooper City. Interment will follow at Fred Hunters North, 3001 N. 72 Ave, Hollywood. In lieu of flowers, a collection will be taken for a Mission in Haiti.

"My condolences to the family my best old time neighbor and friend Jennifer,always talking about long time goodies. Also about baby Taylor and little Chris.I always praying for her and asked to hang in there you are strong and the Lord loves you so much.I missed her I have been try for the past 3 months no answer until I said to Darryl please call Chris because Jennifer not returning my call.Rest in Peace Amen.She always asking for Julius and Darryl this is Mable. From Julius: Sad to see my childhood friend's mom past. Jennifer, a sweet Jamaican mother who loved her children and is close to family. I thank her for allowing my first sleep over, feeding my dinners, playing at her house all the time, caring for two bad boys (me and my brother) and befriending my mother. She will be missed and i am praying for Jennifer's family. "
