Dennis Fredrick Krueth
March 2, 1942 - March 10, 2018

Weslaco/Duluth, MN: Dennis Fredrick Krueth, 76, passed away on Saturday, March 10th, 2018 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco. Dennis was born on March 2nd, 1942 to Fred and Adella Krueth in Bemidji, Minnesota. At age five he moved to Duluith with his family and remained a permanent resident.

Dennis married his high school sweetheart, Lois Sundquist, in 1963.

Dennis worked as a route salesman his entire career, employed by Lloyd Currie & Sons, Hometown Distributing and Sullivan Candy. . Dennis loved to hunt at the deer shack, attend classic cars shows, do wood working projects in his garage and.work in the rose garden.. He also loved to watch baseball ,. especially, the Minnesota Twins'. . He and Lois loved to spend warm evenings cruising the North Shore in Duluth with the top down in there classic convertible.

When he and Lois retired, they were able to travel all over the United States. One of his favorite stops was Nashville, TN because of his love for country music.

Dennis and Lois began spending winters in Weslaco in 2010, where they settled at Country Sunshine and attended church at Love of Christ Lutheran Church.

Evenings would find them playing board games with their local friends.

Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Adella Krueth and his son, who passed away in October of 2017, Paul Krueth.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Lois, son Darin (Bonnie) of Duluth, MN, daughter in law, Jenny Krueth of Staples, MN, grandson, Jonathon Krueth (Abbie) of Duluth, MN, brothers, Duane Krueth (Joey) of Lakeland, MN Steven ( Marie) of Duluth, MN.
