In loving memory of

Sinders

Sinders

Sinders was the most kind and loving kitty creature I have ever known. He was my best friend for 15 years of this life. He was a traveler kitty; he lived in Minnesota, Hawaii, and Idaho. He had an outgoing personality with a hint of mischief. He had a special spark inside of him that could warm anyone's heart, even if you weren't a cat lover. Anyone who met him commented, "Your cat is rad! He's super chill, so cool and friendly."
I remember the first I day I met him and looked into his big green eyes. It was December of 2002. He was living under a muddy deck of a local restaurant with his litter mates. The staff had been feeding the litter of kitten's kitchen scraps, because their mama kitty had been killed by a car a week before. My own mother had also just passed away weeks before, unexpectedly by heart failure. We both had just lost our mother's and needed to help each other through this time of sadness. Once we saw the dire situation the kittens were in, my sister and I decided on the spot to adopt brother and sister kittens. I have always thought that each of our mother's spirit brought us together to heal each other and provide companionship.
Sinders and his little sister Princess, lived and played together throughout their lives. Sinders had many "BKFF's", best kitty friends forever, in his life. Yves (RIP) was his first best buddy for 8 years they lived, played, and slept together. For the last 5 years of his life, he lived with his sister Princess, and his brothers from other mothers, Makiki (RIP) and Dusty. Together they shared many kitty adventures, played in their kitty tree fort, and fought off other creature intruders. He is missed by all in his kitty family. Paws up to the sky.
The kind, loving, and soothing energy that he gave me was incredible. His unconditional love for me was endless. The moment I came home, he would come up to me and stand and stretch on his back legs with his front legs on mine, it was his human buddy greeting. I called it Sinder's wants uppies, or pick up pets. Once in my arms he turned his purr box up to 11. He made it hard for me to put him down. I could be having a bad day, and he would use is kitty power of positive purrs to balance my energy. He completed his mission in this kitty lifetime, which was to watch over and care for his "human creature"(me). I became a better human because of his love. Now you can ascend to a greater existence bestest buddy.
My love for you is eternal; I will never forget you Sinder's!
