Leonard T. Abazia, age 79, of the Holiday City section of Berkeley Township, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family.
Born in Passaic, New Jersey, Leonard lived in Clifton for most of his life before moving to the Toms River area in 2012. He served in the United States Air Force and was a maintenance worker for Chilton Memorial Hospital in Pompton Plains. In his free time he enjoyed crabbing and playing pool.
He is survived by his daughters Tammi Fricks and her husband Scott and Debbie Abazia; grandchildren Nicole and Eric Fricks; great-granddaughter Parker; siblings Maria, Sal, Lee, Corrine and Ann and many loving nieces and nephews.
Cremation was private and entrusted to Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
