Larry Tomski

Larry Lee Tomski, of Kempster, died Saturday, April 7, 2018, at home. He was 58 years old. He was born on May 9, 1959, in Antigo, a son of Adeline (Oldenburg) Tomski of Antigo and the late Ernest Tomski.
He was a graduate from Elcho High School class of 1977. He attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh for one year and Northland College for one year where he played basketball.
Larry worked as a logger in the Kempster area.
He enjoyed outdoor recreation, hunting, fishing and camping. He was an outstanding athlete playing basketball, football and baseball.
In addition to his mother, survives include a brother, Robin Tomski of Iola; a sister, Tami (Steve) Gruhn of Anchorage, AK; nephew, Ryan Tomski; and two nieces, Lindsy Tomski and Lacey Gruhn.
He was preceded in death by his father.
In accordance with his wishes no public visitation or service will be held. A memorial gathering with take place in the Summer for the immediate family.
