June I. (Rickard) Weseen, age 80 of Council Bluffs, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018, with her loving family by her side. June was born on March 14, 1938 in Red Cloud, Neb., to the late Harold and Sadie (Carmichael) Rickard. June married Jack Weseen on June 28, 1959. June worked as a Cake Decorator for No Frills Supermarket for 16 years. She was of Lutheran faith. June was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Harold Rickard II; sister, Patricia Ward. June is survived by her husband, Jack; 3 daughters, Christine Mathai, Jackie Jones, Karen Weseen; son, John and Jenny Weseen; 3 grandchildren, Alec, Emilee and Colt; 7 sisters, Opal and Dale Wilson, Donna Trebilcock, Joyce and Richard Kirn, Rachel and Don Beitler, Linda Rickard, Barb Rickard, Debra and Larry Washka; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
