MADISON - David R. Bork, age 72, passed away on Tue April 10, 2018 in Columbus. David was born on Oct 6, 1945 to the late Frank and Pearl (Goecks) Bork. He is a 1963 graduate of Madison East High School. David worked for many years at Bowlavard Lanes, and later for almost 40 years at G.E. Health Care, formerly Ohmeda. David enjoyed bowling, his Corvette, was an avid sports fan, especially any U.W. sports.
David is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Frank J. Bork.
A celebration of David's life will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Sat April 14, 2018 at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3325 E. Washington Ave. A private burial will take place at a later date at Roselawn Memorial Park.
