Tributes

Bishop Derek Eurales, Sr. wrote on Apr 17, 2018:

"April 17, 2017 To the family, For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breath, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all fullness of God. It is with this love that we greet each of you during your time of bereavement. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Our prayers will be for each of you. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy will come in the morning. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. We humbly submit and resolve to the will of God in the home-going of Phillip Perkins, Sr. into the hands of the Master. Therefore my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know, that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
