Cynthia Nora Schwarz
January 13, 1981 - December 3, 2017

Cynthia Nora Schwarz, 36, of Rifton, NY, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017. She was born January 13, 1981 in Ridgewood, NJ to Charles and Louise (Konefal) Schwarz. 



In 2006, Cyndi was a graduate of the HoHoKus School of Nursing, where she received her License in Practical Nursing Science. She was also a 2011 graduate of Eastwick College in Ramsey, New Jersey, where she received an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Nursing. Cyndi worked as a Registered Nurse, primarily supporting the elderly in nursing homes and in home care. Cyndi was a lover of animals, holistic healing, reading, and cooking for her family.



She is survived by her parents, her sister, Laura Schwarz, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.



Donations in Cyndi's name can be made to Raising Hope, an Ulster County organization committed to helping women be successful through peer mentorship led by the principals of help, opportunity, passion, and empowerment. Donations can be made at http://www.raisinghopeulster.org/donate/. A celebration of Cyndi's life will be held at a later date. Entrusted to the care of A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, Kingston.

I can?t even imagine the pain you must be feeling. Cyndi worked with me at ATHC. I always enjoyed working with her and felt she was one of the smartest people I knew.
