Allen R. Labe 82 of Blandon died Friday night at 11:55 P.M. in the Reading Hospital.
He was born in Berks County. Son of the late Mahlon S. and Edna (Knechtle) Labe
Allen was a member of Maidencreek Church, and the Pike Township Sportsmen's Association.
Surviving are two sisters and a brother; Jean Sabatucci of Laureldale, Eleanor Strause of Ruscombmanor Township, and Robert Labe of Maidencreek Township.
Allen had two brothers and a sister predecease him; Warren Labe, Roger Labe, and Barbara Black.
He was a graduate of Kutztown High School. Allen served his country in the United States Army.
He retired from former Reading Tube Corporation now known as Cambridge-Lee Corporation of Ontelaunee Township as a laborer.
