Hoyal Randall Hughes, age 76 of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. He was born on September 17, 1941 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Hoyal Franklin and Lillian Patterson Hughes. Before his retirement, he worked in the retail industry. Randall enjoyed fishing, and he was an ardent gardener and collector of different Iris and Daylily varieties. Randall is survived by his loving wife, Elsie Oakley Hughes; brother, Gary Ather (Kay) Hughes of Powder Springs, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, May 14, 2018 at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
