In loving memory of

Elizabeth A. Weldon
March 31, 1925 - May 20, 2018

Elizabeth A Weldon (Betty) joined her husband James J. Weldon and son William Fletcher Wright in heaven on Sunday May 20, 2018. She leaves behind her beloved daughter and best friend, Beverly Wright Wallace and her husband, David L Wallace, sons, Thomas H. Wright and B. Robert Brown and her youngest daughter Samantha S Brown, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Betty was a Master Bridge Player, and loved the game, she also loved to golf, paint with any medium, knit, crochet, polymer clay, beading, and many other kinds of crafts. Most of all she loved to dance and laugh and spend time with friends and family. She was loved by many and will be sorely missed. (Broken Chain) We little knew that morning that
God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for a part of us went with you the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide; and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same; but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

"Meredith Carolyn Wright; Grandma I lost a piece of my heart when you went to heaven. Though my dad (Thomas Wright) gets on me and says you would only want me to be positive, I try to clear my chocked up throat and do just that! I must that?s kind you for all of the gifts that you have unknowingly and knowingly have bestowed upon me! My entire life I have have had a zest for life, traveling from place to place and being a full fledged artist of every single kind and with every medium offered! I was wowed by one of your paintings hanging up at my parents house my entire life! I thank you for this gift of creativity and for sending me your strength and boldness to pick up and live my dreams! I?m full to the brim with art and will be forever! My budding business is all about the many mediums of art that I make! I wish you likes flying in airplanes because I would of flown you out to see me all the time! Your great granddaughter Finnley is also an artist and is a gifted artist at that! Her school has given her a special website of her own to show her incredible works of art! They gave it to her in kindergarten and as she goes into second grade I?m amazed almost every week with her work! I am going to misss talking to you weekly on the computer and I?m really going to miss my angels grandmothers sweet comments about Finnley and myself! I haven?t been on Facebook since you Warner?s your wings and to be honest I don?t want to even get on anymore! You were what made it genuine for me! Thank you for everything you taught me when my mom died, I still use your strength and advice everyday! People don?t realize what they have until it?s gone I feel! I?m so sorry if I ever made you feel that way! I hope you will somehow see this or just know it, but I cherish every single thing you have taught me and enstiled in me! I miss you! I love you more than ever! Until we see each other again in heaven my love and beautiful grandmother! I cherish you for life! Love always and forever, your granddaughter, Meredith Wright ?"

"Grandma Weldon will live on in the cherished memories of her granddaughter, Eve. As I reflect upon the special moments I had with my grandmother, I recall her infectious positive outlook on life, her contagious laughter and her admirable ability to sprinkle her magic dust over any problem or obstacle, no matter how serious or trivial, and transplant me, her granddaughter, to a place full of laughter, happiness and relaxation, making me feel loved and special. Time spent with her was always exciting and full of adventure, awaiting the unexpected. All of these qualities along with Grandmom?s talent with crafts and paintings inspired me to explore my own creativity and to see the importance of brushing off worries and living in the moment and seek enjoyment in my life. Thank you, Grandma Weldon, for making time with your granddaughter magical and special. With love, Eve Wright-Sanchez, granddaughter "
