William "Wilbur" Todd, 60, of Carson, Iowa, passed away on June 6, 2018. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at the Carson United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Carson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at the Loess Hills Funeral Home in Carson.

William Dean Todd, one of five children of William Raleigh and Marilyn Jo (Berney) Todd, was born on September 20, 1957 in Omaha, Nebraska. Everyone called him "Billy" or "Wilbur". He grew up in the Carson area and graduated from the Carson-Macedonia High School in 1975. Billy was employed by Cohron Ready-Mix in Carson where he drove a mixer truck for 20 years.
Billy was an avid NASCAR fan and loved watching Jeff Gordon, his favorite driver. He enjoyed collecting cars and tinkering. Billy definitely loved having a good time with his family and friends.
Billy passed away on June 6, 2018 at the age of 60 years, 8 months, and 16 days. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Marilyn Todd; and brother-in-law Lee Gordon.
Billy is survived by his sisters, Teri Rae Gordon of Harlan, IA, and Cheryl Todd of Oakland, IA; brothers, Alan Todd and wife Julie of Oakland, and Tim Todd and wife Raneta of Carson; nieces and nephews, Chad (Angie) Gordon, Brandy Gordon, Amber Schmidt, Kyle Todd, Kaleigh Todd, Trevor Todd, MaKayla (Derek) Floerchinger, Mallory Todd, and Tanner (Paige) Todd; great nieces and nephews, Samantha and Briteny Gordon, Daytona and Thomas Butler, and Libby Schmidt; great-great nephew Mason Mohr; extended family; his co-workers at Cohron; and a host of friends.
