Ajit Kumar Ghosh, 86, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on June 9, 2018.
Ajit was born in Calcutta, India to Gokul Chandra Ghosh and Pankajini Ghosh on November 1, 1931.
Ajit is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 56 years, Satima.
He is survived by sons Anjan and Biswa; brother Jagannath and sister Koruna; and grandchildren Sarbani, Bivu, Ryan and Noah.
Visitation will be at 9:30am on Friday, June 15, 2018, followed by funeral service at 10am, at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, Florida 33024. Arrangements are by Fred Hunter's Funeral Home.
The family of Ajit Ghosh wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Szilvia Nagy, caregivers Lynda and Danise, and the wonderful nurses and staff at VITAS.
