Corolene Mae Scholl

Corolene Mae Scholl, 80, of Allison, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. 

She was born April 4, 1938, in Waverly, Iowa, to Tabt and Anna Nee (Backer) Arenholz. Corolene graduated from Parkersburg High School. She was united in marriage to Joe Scholl on August 13, 2005, in Denver, Colorado. Corolene was an accountant at Wells Fargo for over 30 years. She loved flowers and enjoyed country western dancing. Corolene also enjoyed watching sports, especially the Denver Broncos.

Corolene is survived by her husband Joe Scholl of Allison, daughter Shelly Silva of Ackley, three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, brother Ralph (Ida Mae) Arenholz, twin sister Caroline Lewis, brother Robert (Janelle) Arenholz, along with several nieces, nephews and extended relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Tom Arenholz and brother-in-law John Lewis.
