Michael A Baxter
February 7, 1963 - July 7, 2018

Michael "Mike" Andrew Baxter, 55, of Lake Katrine, NY, died unexpectedly Saturday, July 7th, 2018 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York.

He was born on February 7th, 1963 in Newburgh, New York and was the son of the late Albert Baxter and Marie Monforte (Baxter).

Mike had worked for Nagle Oil on the New York State Thruway in Ruby, NY for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching old country westerns.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth "Betty" Baxter; they wed on June 4th, 1988 in the court house in the Town of Ulster. Daughters, Karen Guido (Nicholas Guido) and Marie E. Baxter (Jenna Ferguson). His siblings Walter Baxter, Donna Hamburger (Jim Hamburger), Karen Monforte, Susan Scriber (Gary Scriber Sr) and sister-in-law Patricia Bogert. His grandchildren Connor Stark, Nicholas Guido II, Isabella Guido, several nieces and nephews, and his grand-dog Remus.

He was preceded in death by a brother Albert Baxter.

Entrusted to A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave, Kingston, the family will receive their friends on Thursday from 5 - 7 pm with a Memorial Service at 7pm.
