Freddie Valdez, 51, of San Angelo, TX, passed away surrounded by family and friends on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 in Austin, TX. Freddie was born in San Angelo, TX to Julian and Frances Valdez on November 8, 1966. He went to school in San Angelo, TX. He graduated from DeVry University in June 1989. He married Lily Valdez on August 9, 2014 in Austin, TX. He worked as an Equipment Engineer at NXP Semiconductors for 20+ years. Freddie is preceded in death by his father, Julian Valdez Sr. Pallbearers will be Nick Valdez, Ian Canava, Julian Valdez Jr., Emilio Gonzales, Colin Harlow, Emilio Valencia, Luis Ibarra, and Alex Caro. Freddie will be forever remembered by his wife, Lily Valdez, and their two sons Nick Valdez and Ian Canava, He is survived by his mother, Frances Valdez, his siblings Julian Valdez Jr. and America Valencia, and by his entire extended family. Viewing is 1:00pm to 8:00pm Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Robert Massie Funeral Home with rosary at 6pm. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:00am Monday, July 2nd, 2018 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens:
