Jessie Belle Helmbrecht, age 93 of Oakdale, died Tuesday evening July 24, 2018 in her home. She is survived by her husband Thomas, her children, stepchildren, and many other family members and friends. A Celebration of Life will take place on 12-2:00 PM Sunday August 12, at American Legion Post 39, 2678 7th Ave E, North St. Paul. .
