"From the first time Evelyn came over to our home almost 7 years ago to introduce herself and welcome us to Coin, she had a place in my heart. Her Beautuful Family was often the topic of conversation. From watching her in the middle of winter trek out to the barn to take care of her chores, to organizing the many Library dinners, and volunteering at the local Rest Homes, and too many more to mention, she was one tough cookie, that I admired to the highest respect. She lived her life to the fullest and let nothing stop her. I Will Miss Her Dearly, Love You Evelyn! "
