"Linda, David, Kelsea, Carson, & all the many loved ones of Lori... It has taken me some time to try to find the right words of comfort in a moment which gravity seems to fail to catch our falling hearts. I still can not describe the Tsunami in my heart, and hope you find comfort in knowing how much she was loved, there are no words yet that near anything adequate to Lori. Lori was my first friend in Jr. High, her laugh, her humor, her warm loving heart. Her larger than life fierce spirit, love & loyalty where the very core of Lori. That has never changed... As we grew into womanhood, the pure Joy of becoming a mother is one of my very favorite memories. Lori fought, & survived many battles in life. Her heart seemed to grow larger the more life she faced... and triumphed. I pray all of you know that at this time I not only hold you in thoughts & prayers, but may you be carried by the tide of Love that Lori sent into this world ... she was that ripple that altered our lives when she entered. May you feel that loving spirit surround & carry you all now as we step in to lift you with our love ... God Bless you all. Always, Lisa Saltness/Eugene, Or"

"Dear Linda, Kelsea, David and Family, my heart is breaking with Lori's passing. I remember what a beautiful, happy, vibrate young woman she was before the horrific accident that so altered her young life and future. In the past year she had made such wonderful strides in getting that life back and reconnecting with her true self. I was so proud of her and her accomplishments. She was a true survivor and we will miss her wonderful spirit. With much love to you all, Rachel Oliver"
