"George was a gentle gentleman and along with Marg and Laurie and David, the Junkhan's were wonderful backyard neighbors. It's amazing the very vivid memories I have of every detail of your house and the impressions all solidify into an idyllic childhood. If one measures the power of kindness, George was a very powerful man. How I would love to be at the funeral, but getting my youngest off to college does not allow for my absence. Please know I join you all in spirit. God bless your family. You have surely been a blessing to countless others!"
