Rafael Danger
October 23, 1917 - August 11, 2018

Rafael Danger, 100, of Kingston, NY, passed peacefully Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Health Alliance Hospital, Broadway Campus, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on October 23, 1917 in Cuba and was the son of the late Luis and Hena Danger. He was the husband of the late Teresa Danger, she passed on February 6th, 2005.

Mr. Danger retired as manager of J.B. Back & Company after 35 years, he also owned and operated Boulevard Liquors working until his last day.

He enjoyed gardening, spending many hours to make sure it looked perfect. His philosophy, to drink or smoke when he felt like it, eat what he wanted and exercise occasionally.

He is survived by his daughters Dolores Liebergot and DianaLou Wolff both of Kingston, four grandchildren, Jason Liebergot and his wife Ann, Tammy Liebergot and her partner Kaawa Rawaan, Bryan Wolff and his partner Summer Donaldson and Justin Wolff and his wife Shanna, great grandchildren Taylor Wolff and Colton Rawaan, step great grandchildren Hunter and Julia McCombs
A sister Hena Silva, he was predeceased by a granddaughter Alison Marie Liebergot and a brother Luis Danger.

Entrusted to care of A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave., the family will receive their friends on Wednesday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm. The service will be on Thursday at 11 am. Burial in Wiltwyck Cemetery

"I remember Mr. Danger well. I took care of his wife at Golden Hill a long time ago. He visited her often and was so sweet and kind. He treated her caregivers kindly as well. I remember he would bring us quick pick lottery tickets on occasion. I am very sorry for your loss. "
