"We have fond memories from when Juanita and her husband lived in Montrose. Their kindnesses and gifts to Montrose Riverfront, Inc. will never be forgotten. The observation deck and viewing scope on our grounds along the river are a lasting tribute to them. So many folks enjoy sitting on the benches on the observation deck, looking out across the river, watching the boat traffic and the many waterfowl flying about. We remember a time when Juanita was able to take advantage of the view from up there too. Please accept our sincere sympathy on the passing of your mother. "
