"So sorry I cannot make it to the funeral. Our families are linked by three generations of memories. My grandparents and Dorothy Mae's parents were dear friends, my Dad, John Brown, continued the wonderful friendship. Such a sweet lady! I have a photo in my dining room of Dad and Dorothy Mae dancing(age 10 and 8?). We were honored to buy the Filiatreau home at 4810 Central in 1970 and always felt a warm connection! "

"We are very grateful for Dorothy's involvement in the St. Augustine Guild. She was a trailbrazer for the hundreds of women that have provided for the Residents & helped the Little Sisters in their mission. May she rest peacefully in The arms of Our Lord. JoAnne Spellman, past President of the Guild."
