"I'm not sure anyone will see this post, but we just found out today. Frank was our neighbor for nearly 7 years before work took him to Montreal. He was a very special person with whom we shared many wonderful meals and times together. On the very first day we met, we were unloading things from our truck. He came bouncing over and said that he just got back and could he give us a hand (I thought that perhaps he was coming from Home Depot). I said "That's ok" but he looked a bit sad, so I added "but I could use a hand with the book case." So he came back and helped with that, then invited us over for dinner later. It was only at dinner that we discovered that he didn't get back from Home Depot, but had just returned from Russia where he was helping the former Soviets come up to international standards. He was always helping others. A super great guy. We haven't seen him in 15 years, but think of him regularly. We're very sorry he is gone. John and Nancy Bentrup"
