In loving memory of

Jack D. Enders
June 24, 1949 - September 20, 2018

Jack D. Enders, 69, of Placida, FL, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2018.

Jack was born on June 24, 1949, in Galion, Ohio to Ann Marie (Schill) Enders and Melvin Gerald Enders. He graduated from Galion High School and was drafted into the US Army where he served mostly at Fort Benning, GA. He was married to Beth (Milligan) Sinden for 22 years and had two children. After the service, Jack held several jobs, including Police Officer for the Galion Police Department, before co-founding E&E Nameplates, Inc. in 1976, also in Galion. He proudly passed his industrial screen-printing corporation to his children in 2002.

Jack's life revolved around the water, fishing and boating. As a boy he spent time with his family visiting Lake Erie. As an adult, he camped at Catawba Island on Lake Erie and later moved to Lorain, Ohio where he enjoyed Lake Erie in his back yard. Drawn by the ocean and beautiful weather, Jack's final home was in Placida, FL where he traded in his lake tackle to fish the salt water. He spent countless hours combing the beaches for beach glass, shark teeth and beautiful shells.

Jack never knew a stranger. He made friends wherever he went and always left an impression. His free spirit, laid-back attitude and good time aura followed him everywhere and was an inspiration to all. He will be missed by many and forever held in the hearts of those who knew him.

Jack is survived by his children, Michael D. and Charlotte Enders and Michelle D and Christopher Montague; his grandchildren, Wyatt D. Enders, C. Luke Montague and Zoe D. Montague; his sister, Jeannine A. (Enders) Martin; his nieces and nephews, Troy Enders, Dawn Enders, Diedre Skarda, Joey Enders, Martha Todd, James Enders, Deanna Martin and Derrick Martin; many cousins and friends throughout the world.

In lieu of flowers or memorial contributions, toast Jack, remember the good times, and help someone who needs it as Jack would have done.

A celebration of Jack's life will be held in Ohio at a later date.

"Dear Enders Family, While I did not know Jack very well as I met him only a few times at Kirsh family gatherings, I know my uncles Tom, Mic, and Bill Kirsh considered him a very dear friend and they loved him. I am so sorry for your loss. My Sincere Condolences, Sally Kirsh"
