Amber Robinson
Amber Nan Hee Robinson, 50, of Waterloo, died Thursday, October 4, 2018. Amber was born in Seoul, South Korea on February 12, 1968. She is the daughter of Douglas and Charlene Melcher. She graduated from Central High School in 1986. Amber married Michael Robinson on August 3, 1989 in Waterloo. She was a homemaker at the time of her passing, enjoyed working on the computer, she loved animals, especially taking her dog Bear for a walk and she also loved spending time with friends and family. Amber is survived by: her husband, Michael; daughter River "Krystal" (Brooks) Grow of Oregon; her parents; five siblings, Devin Melcher of Missouri, Adam Melcher of Des Moines, Dawn (Kamakauni) Clark of Grundy Center, Sung Hee Grittmann of Des Moines, and James (Liz) Melcher of Cedar Falls; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
