Loretta Kauzlarich, age 71, died February 22, 2008 at her home in Centerville, Iowa.

Loretta was born December 25, 1936, the daughter of Lawrence and Lilly (Parcel) Cline in Centerville, Iowa. She graduated from Centerville High School in 1955. Loretta married Ronald Kauzlarich June 11, 1955 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Centerville, Iowa. He preceded her in death. Soon after getting married, Loretta worked for Sam Mehrhoff in Insurance. She started working for the Centerville Schools System in early 1970's and also during this time she worked for l. Jay Johnson and Tom Lange at the Funeral Home. Loretta enjoyed reading, traveling and spending time with her grandkids and making memories. She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Loretta is survived by children, Mark (Debbie) Kauzlarich of Centerville, Iowa, Karen (Randy) Carel of Centerville, Iowa, Susan (Barry) Wonderlich of Ankeny, Iowa and Nancy (Donald) Ross of Newton, Iowa; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a sister, Marcella Peak of Centerville, Iowa; and a brother, Gary (Diane) Cline of Des Moines, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and a son Brian.

Mass of Resurrection will be held 10 AM, Monday, February 25, 2008 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Centerville, Iowa with Fr. Tim Guthridge officiating. Visitation will be held all day Sunday with family present from 6-8 PM and a prayer service at 5:30 PM at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, Centerville, Iowa. A memorial has been established to the Lincoln Schools or to the family and may be left at or mailed to the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa 52544.
