Marvin L. Sass, age 85, passed away October 13, 2018 at UNMC in Omaha. Marvin was born February 17, 1933 in Beebeetown, Iowa to the late Walter and Evelyn Sass, and following high school graduation, proudly served his country in the US Army from 1952-1954. On June 13, 1954, Marvin was united in marriage to Beulah Anderson and together they have spent the past 65 years together. Marvin worked as a PBX Installer for Northwest Bell-AT&T, Lucent for over 42 years. A member of First Christian Church, hobbies include gardening, wood working and painting, coffee with his friends. Marvin is preceded in death by his parents, son-in-law, Myron Worobec; sister, Mabel Sass; brother, Merle Sass; in-laws, Edna and Alfred Anderson. Marvin is survived by wife, Beulah Sass; son, Kevin (Paula) Sass; daughters, Janet Worobec, Debra (Glen) Taylor all of Council Bluffs; 10 grandchildren, Chad (Liz) Taylor, Jamie (Mike) Boccia, Shayla (Dustin) Roof, Alyssa Sass, Brandon Worobec, Mikayla Worobec, Dillon (Nina) Sass, Tyler (Amanda) McGee, Brett McGee, Alex McGee; great-grandchildren, Alexa, Isabella, Colton, Mia, Riley, Myles, Taylor, Maks, Emily, Santana, Avery, Houston; sister-in-law, Marge Sass of Logan, Iowa.
