"I can always remember being so angry whenever he would have to have another surgery or procedure done, and with me being the ball baby of the family before we were finished talking I would be crying and Dad would always say now you stop that crying little girl,And if i was angry with anyone he would always say now you guys need to talk and get this worked out, Dad could not stand the thought of his kids fighting. Also if any of you see Glenn out please be kind to him he will be terribly lost now without having to take care of Dad , and with Mom being in the nursing home he will be so lonely, he has done such a good job of caring for Mom and Dad, so now maybe he can get some rest without having to sleep with one ear and eye open, Thank you Glenn for always giving them gentle care. RIP Dad, we love you."
"Rest in peace Hirum. "
"There will be a very empty spot in the pew behind us at Mass from Now on! Wayne was a wonderful and very faithful person and will be missed!"
"To the Family of Wayne Hill Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to you. If you had a chance to know Wayne he touched your heart. He had a warm smile and a sense of humor. I hope that the family can find comfort during this time of sorrow. The Family of Marla (Cunningham) Logue "
"I'll alway remember sledding at Uncle Waynes hill, I almost ran into the house, but he saved me!! We are all sad to hear of his passing. Our thoughts go out to Bev and all my cousins. Terry and Vicki Larson "
"Wayne was like a brother to me. He was such a kidder(teaster). Any time we saw him or talked on the phone, he always had to say how much younger (by 6 months) he was. We had some wonderful times with Wayne and Bev - fishing, sight seeing, and just talking. He always talked about wanting to come back out to Utah for another visit. We loved him. Our hearts and prayers are with Bev, Vickie, Becky, Glen and their families. Your Utah in(out) laws Jack and Lila Tyner"
"There are so many things I remember about my dear Uncle Wayne. When he would come to visit he and my Dad Glenn kept us laughing all the time. He would always pull quarters out of my son's ear. He still remembers it to this day. I am so grateful that we were able to come and visit last April. That means so much more to me than I think anyone can realize. My deepest sympathies go out to Aunt Bev and my cousins - Becky, Vicki and Glen and all the extended family. I love you Uncle Wayne."
"My heart and prayers go out to the Hill family. I have known Wayne for many years. He always had a bright smile on his face. Rest in Peace Wayne"
"I was so sorry to learn of Waynes passing. While my husband, Roger, was unable to get out he enjoyed visiting with Wayne on the phone. My thoughts are with all of your family. "
"Wayne phoned me on March 3rd just to chit chat, I guess. He talked of his upcoming surgery and about Bev and her surgery. He told me that he planned on walking down to see me when he got out of the hospital. He brought me up to speed on the happenings in the "West End". He was a great guy. I will miss our West End Mayor!"
"My sympathy to the Hill Family, especially Bev, Vicki and Alan. Remember his joy in watching Matt play ball with Reasnor."
"My heart goes out to the family and especially to Casey, Kory, Kennedy, and Karley. I always looked forward to seeing him at Mass on Sundays sitting in the pew smiling back at me. He would always stop to say Hello to our girls as he would leave for church. He will forever be missed....."
