Trudie Pyle

GROVETON-Trudie Pyle, 85,  went to be with the Lord Sunday, November 25, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She left this world to be with her daughter, Debbie, and her son, David.
Celebration of Life: 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Groveton Funeral Home, Groveton, Tx. Visitation: Family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5 to 8 p.m. at Groveton Funeral Home in Groveton, Texas. Burial: following Celebration of Life at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Apple Springs, Tx.
Trudie was born in Lufkin, Texas on July 21, 1933, the daughter of Wyatt Davis and Birdie Leeper.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her three grandsons will greatly miss her cooking, especially her meatloaf and banana pudding. Trudie will always be remembered saying "She had a fun life."                                                                                                           The Pyle family would like to extend a very special Thank you to Groveton Funeral Home in Groveton, Texas and also Shafer Funeral Home in Lufkin, Texas for their love, support and very special parts they have served their family in this very difficult time.
She was preceded in death by her children, and brother, Wyatt "Dub" Leeper; sisters, Jean Fuller and Zelma Largent.
Survivors:  Trudie is survived by her husband of 66 years, D.L. Pyle; daughter-in-law Dianne Pyle; brother-in-law, Ben and Ellen Pyle; sister-in-law, Anzo and Kent Richardson; grandsons, Neil White, Kevin Trlica and Felicia, Dusty L Pyle; granddaughter, Melissa Duke and Michael; great-granddaughters, Makayla White and Dade Leona Pyle; great grandsons Braden Trlica and Casey Jones; and numerous extended family and friends.   Brown, Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home
