Charles Howard Palen, III age 55 of Council Bluffs passed away January 6, 2019. He was born December 25, 1963 in Council Bluffs to Charles and Nadine (Evans) Palen who preceded him in death. He is survived by his sisters Wendy Palen, Kandi Pruett and Renee Palen.
