Phillip I. Andrews

Phillip I. "Ike" Andrews, age 77, passed away January 26, 2019 in Council Bluffs. Ike was born August 3,1941 in Council Bluffs to the late Eugene L. and Sarah L.(Schupp) Andrews and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. He served his country for 6 years in the US Army and National Guard and worked at Campbell Soup from 1968 until retiring in 2003. Ike cared for his parents until their death and could be seen bicycling around Council Bluffs his entire life. He was a professional wrestling fan, and a very caring person to others. He is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene L. (1971) and Sarah L. (1990); infant sister, Sandra Kay; brother, Eugene F. Andrews and sister, Carol Halgren. Ike is survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, especially his Friday bunch at Sherry's.
