Timothy J. Saigh, age 66, of Council Bluffs, passed away February 16, 2019 in Omaha, Nebraska. Tim was born in Omaha on June 1, 1952 to the late Albert and Vida Saigh. He attended school in Omaha and worked and retired from the Douglas County Sheriff's Office. Tim is survived by his wife, Christina L. Noe of Council Bluffs; daughters and sons-in-law, Heather (Aaron) Mowinkel, Holly (Derek) Hummel all of Gretna, Nebraska, Brooke (Emmanuel) Kuvetakis of Bellevue, Nebraska; 5 grandchildren, Jacob and Julia Mowinkel, Cecilia and William Hummel, Steve Kuvetakis; sisters, Kathy Jones, Sharon Saigh; brother, Albert Saigh all of Omaha; nieces and nephews.
